The “14th Five-Year Plan” of China, officially the 14th Five-Year Plan, proposes to position Hong Kong as an “East-meets-West Cultural and Artistic Exchange Center”." Under the policy guidance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the concerted efforts of the public, Hong Kong is making every effort to move towards this goal.  On December 6th, the 2023 Hong Kong Cultural and Creative Industries Forum was held in Hong Kong, hosted by Bauhinia Culture Group, Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and China International Culture Group.  Discussions focused on the possibility of more industries engaging in cultural creativity, the development of IP and cultivation of talents in cultural and creative industries.

Mr Thomas CC Wong, President of Institute of International Sustainable Development, Mr James CHU, deputy supervisor of the Federation of Associations of Cultural Sectors of Macau and Exhibition Director and Founder of Macau Design Centre, and Elife Holdings Limited Executive Director Mr ZHAO Zhenzhong personally witnessed this grand ceremony.

The project focused on experiential economy, adopted an innovative model to combine scenery, scenario, culture and consumption, and established a window of urban cultural characteristics experience. Display cultural characteristics and intangible cultural heritage, landmarks, time-honored products, and supporting digital new retail mall, to meet the people's "instant order" cultural consumption needs. Through multi-scene coverage, immersive experience, and diversified display, Urban Corridor brings new channels for Chinese cultural experience.
